Kelvin Ganesan graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Laws LL.B. (Hons) in August 2011 and upon completion of his pupillage he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2012. Kelvin practised law mainly in the area of litigation. His portfolio included banking law which comprised of foreclosure and debt recovery cases, family law, company law and others.
In 2014, Kelvin expanded his portfolio to include Intellectual Property works which had always been an area of interest. This would include trade mark registration, appeals and others. In 2016, to further pursue a career in Intellectual Property, he joined Henry Goh in the Trade Marks Department as a Legal Counsel.
