Shiela is a proud Monash graduate, class of 2008, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in biotechnology. Her career started in the field of intellectual property as an intern at Henry Goh in May 2009. She was then appointed as a patent scientist and underwent in-house training whilst working towards qualification as a patent agent. She became a registered patent agent and industrial design agent in 2012-2013.
Shiela’s responsibilities at work are focused on patent and industrial design matters. She communicates well with local and foreign clients providing them with filing strategies and prosecution advices. She is also experienced in handling searches and drafting patent specifications for various simple mechanical devices and scientific inventions on behalf of her clients.
