Pre-Litigation Advice

Our in-house counsel are able to provide comprehensive preliminary and pre-litigation advisory services to clients in instances where we are approached by clients facing any legal issues. Wherever possible, we seek to resolve the dispute by negotiations with the other party or their representatives. This avenue benefits the clients as it avoids the expense, delay and uncertainty of a court action.

But in cases where legal action is unavoidable, the litigation will be handled by our expert external counsel who are specialist IP litigators in their own right. We take an active role in the litigation process by liasing with both our external counsel and clients to ensure a favourable outcome for the latter.

We are also able to conduct enforcement work upon request and when deemed necessary. Henry Goh works closely with the authorities and collaborates with them by actively partaking in enforcement activities. This includes raiding business premises that have been identified as infringing the clients' intellectual property rights.
