Product Registration

Our range of services includes also consultancy for product registration with NPCB (National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau). Under Malaysia's Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984, registration is mandatory for all pharmaceutical and cosmetic products (unless specifically exempted by the Regulations) before they can be manufactured, distributed or imported into Malaysia.

Since only Malaysian companies may apply for product registration, a foreign company will have to appoint a Market Authorisation Holder (MAH) as their local representative to obtain Product Registration. The Product Registration Holder will then be responsible for all matters relating to product quality, safety and efficacy.

We offer advisory, consultancy and monitoring services for obtaining product registration for cosmetic, beauty and skin care products, as well as herbal products and traditional medicines.
