Henry Goh Malaysia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Oon Yen Yen to the position of Head of Patent and Industrial Design effective 01 January 2021.

With a Master of Laws degree from the University of London and an Honours degree in Microbiology from one of Malaysia’s leading universities, Ms Oon joined the firm in 2002 and belongs to one of our earliest generations of homegrown patent agents. She has handled a wide variety of patent drafting, prosecution, and contentious matters both locally and internationally. In the process she has proven to be a highly adaptable and results-driven professional.

Having served as Patent Manager since 2013 and headed the business development team since 2008, Ms Oon brings to her new role a wealth of experience that can be leveraged in matching our patent team’s internationally-recognized capabilities with opportunities in the increasingly competitive market for IP services.
