Brunei Darussalam became the 145th PCT Contracting State on 24 April 2012. The PCT will enter into force for Brunei Darussalam on 24 July 2012. Any PCT application with international filing date on or after 24 July 2012 may designate Brunei Darussalam (country code – BN) and subsequently enter the national phase under the Patents Order, 2011.
