Three years after the enactment of the Malaysian Trademarks Act 2019, it is a real pleasure to announce that our Firm has found its firm footing in the latest trademark practices. With the aid of an efficiently organised system of work that has been adopted by our Trademark team, our efforts in making the transition from the old to the new legal landscape with minimal disruption to our clientele have now borne fruit when we are once again recognised by our peers and clients through the various IP publication awards.

To kick start our 45^th year of IP excellence in Malaysia, Henry Goh is again the sole national agency that has been awarded with the Gold Band status for trademark prosecution practice; according to the World Trademark Review’s guide to the world’s leading trademark professionals – WTR 1000. This is the tenth consecutive year that we have been conferred with this honour and yet, we are still humbled and grateful by this recognition and accolade. Adding another feather to their illustrious caps , Azlina, Sau Yin and Eng Leong have once again earned WTR’s recognition as Recommended Individuals in trademark prosecution and strategy work.

In addition to the above, there is further abundance of good news when the Firm is ranked by Managing IP as a Tier 1 trademark prosecution firm in Malaysia for 2022. This marks the 14th year that we have been bestowed with the title as being the best in Malaysia for what we do.

It goes without saying that our achievements would not be possible without the collective contribution from each and every staff who are the People of Henry Goh.
