Henry Goh, the pioneering intellectual property firm in Malaysia gratefully welcomed the dawn of the Year of the Wooden Dragon on 21 February 2024, filled with a sense of anticipation and thankfulness. The traditional lion dance, which started in the morning symbolized auspicious beginnings, and its reverberations echoed throughout our office infusing it with hope and positivity.

Amidst the rhythmic drumbeats and graceful lion movements, our office became a haven of optimism, each corner radiating with the promise of prosperity and good fortune. It was a moment of unity as we embraced the new lunar year, mindful of both the challenges we’ve overcome and those that await us in the field of intellectual property in Malaysia and beyond.

Thereafter, the People of Henry Goh adjourned for a delightful lunch at the elegant Berjaya Times Square Hotel. Together, we shared laughter and stories, enjoying each other’s company as well as the delicious dishes that were prepared.

Beyond the culinary delights, the occasion was an opportunity to honour dedication and loyalty. With heartfelt appreciation, we celebrated our esteemed colleagues for their steadfast commitment, some of whom have been with us for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and even 30 years, recognizing their invaluable contributions to our firm’s success in the field of intellectual property.

As we stand poised at the threshold of a new year and new beginnings, we are filled with gratitude for the blessings of the past and we look forward in seizing the opportunities that lie ahead.
