Jo Yee joined the firm in 2005 as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. As the firm flourished, Jo Yee’s portfolio expanded to include the firm’s most valued assets – the People of Henry Goh.
In 2016, Jo Yee was promoted to HR Manager. Her wide spectrum of duties cover payroll, compensation, hiring, performance management, organisation development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training coordination.
With a clear passion for people and proven track record of successfully people-centric management, Jo Yee was appointed Head of Human Resources in 2022. She performs a hybrid role of overseeing the entire panorama of talent management as well as being strategic advisor to all stakeholders. Highly motivated to thrive in a dynamic and digital environment, Jo Yee spearheads key HR projects and policies and talent management in line with the Company’s mission and vision.
Navigating the shifting of human capital landscape, Jo Yee leads initiatives to put the well-being of people at the centre.
