As the HR Manager, Jo Yee is responsible for the firm’s most valued assets – the People of Henry Goh. Working closely with the Management, she sees to the implementation of HR policies and ensures that they are adhered to. Her wide spectrum of duties covers payroll, compensation, hiring, performance management, organisation development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training coordination. Jo Yee spares no effort in ensuring Personnel Safety and a healthy working environment.
In addition to her role as HR Manager, she assists the Managing Director in special corporate projects and general administrative assignments.
