She is a registered Malaysian patent and industrial design agent, with extensive hands-on experience in patent and industrial design matters, handling inventions across a broad range of technologies, including biotechnology, food science and biomedical innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to coordination of filings across multiple jurisdictions and managing prosecution of patent applications locally and internationally, Elina\u2019s experience includes evaluating invention disclosures, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments and handling the strategic development of patent portfolios.&nbsp; Her combination of technical insight and practical knowledge of the patent system has helped clients identify valuable innovations and provide guidance through the process of patent protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her professional development includes training conducted by the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO) as well as specialized programs led by experienced international practitioners.
